Roy Clauss is a veteran investment banker with more than 40 years of experience advising corporations, investors, and financial sponsors across global capital markets.
He has held senior investment banking roles at Salomon Brothers, Lehman Brothers, and The Seabury Group. At Salomon Brothers, he helped build the firm’s Asia-Pacific investment banking presence and later founded its transportation investment banking practice, advising airlines, aircraft leasing companies, and other transportation businesses worldwide.
At The Seabury Group, Roy advised on major airline restructurings, including US Airways, Air Canada, and Avianca, and worked with leading private equity firms on aviation and transportation investments. At Trillium, he provides strategic guidance on corporate development, capital markets, and growth initiatives.

James Harrington is Vice President and Head of Institutional Sales at Trillium Technologies Inc., with extensive experience in fixed income, structured products, institutional portfolio management, and capital markets strategy.
He has managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios and held senior investment roles at Ryan Labs Asset Management, CRT Asset Management, and the New York State Insurance Fund. His expertise includes fixed income, structured products, credit analysis, liquidity management, and institutional portfolio construction.
James also served as an industry expert for the Financial Crisis Task Force, supporting federal investigations involving mortgage-backed securities that led to more than $11 billion in civil penalties. His institutional investment and capital markets experience supports Trillium’s capital formation and investor outreach efforts.

Ray Murphy is Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets at Trillium Technologies Inc., with over 40 years of experience in institutional capital markets, fixed income, investment banking, and structured finance.
He has held senior leadership roles at Cantor Fitzgerald, Cowen & Company, and Decheque Capital, specializing in securities trading, institutional sales, distressed debt, structured credit, and aircraft finance. Ray has also advised AI-driven fintech firms and served as Chief Revenue Officer for a global metadata management company.
He maintains strong relationships across institutional investors, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and ultra-high-net-worth investors, and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.

Known for designing high-integrity frameworks that preserve and grow generational wealth, he combines financial, legal, and technological expertise—integrating platforms like Addepar, NetSuite, and Eton Solutions to enhance performance. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and supports initiatives in financial literacy and impact investing.

As Founder of National Schedule Masters (NSM), he built one of North America’s first tech-driven project control firms, serving Fortune 500 clients and major energy projects with advanced scheduling and analytics systems. Now Chief of Staff at Vivaris Capital, he oversees operations across life sciences, automation, clean tech, and AI, combining operational discipline, innovation, and capital strategy to position Vivaris and Trillium as leaders in next-generation investment platforms.

Kyle Barnette is Director & President of Trillium Technologies, bringing over two decades of leadership across energy, technology, cleantech, and media. He began his career pioneering streaming systems for U.S. radio stations in the 1990s and later built a successful career in the entertainment industry. Transitioning into renewable energy, Kyle has led initiatives in recycling, clean power integration, and emergency energy response, supporting critical supply chains and disaster relief. He has partnered with organizations including the United Nations, Homeland Security, and the Office of Emergency Management, with contributions spanning the 2010 Haiti earthquake and post-hurricane recovery in Puerto Rico.

He previously worked in investment banking at Key Capital Markets and in audit at Ernst & Young. Chris holds B.S., B.A., M.S., and MBA degrees from Case Western Reserve University. He has taught business strategy, finance, and entrepreneurship at Case Western, John Carroll, UC San Diego, and SDSU, and has been active in EO, YPO, and the Ohio Society of CPAs.
